and my goal is to help couples who live abroad but want to get married in Ecuador, and feel that wedding planning becomes complicated due to not being physically present, to create their dream wedding.

These are the steps we’ll take to create your unique wedding in Ecuador
1. Design
In this exciting creative process, we will bring to life your vision and style as a couple, blending creativity with strategic planning to achieve a wedding that is memorable and completely personalized.
We’ll explore your tastes, preferences, and aspirations for the big day.
We’ll develop a unique concept that reflects your personality and aligns with the chosen theme.
We’ll carefully study the color palette, the selection of flowers, décor, lighting, and ambience details. Every aspect will be meticulously curated to create a visually striking and cohesive experience.
2. Project Management
Once the wedding design is defined, we move on to the project management phase – your wedding, where I will make sure that everything runs smoothly and all deadlines are met.
You will have my ongoing guidance to review budgets, schedules, and the selection of specialized vendors.
I’ll help you choose all the necessary materials for your wedding communication such as the website, Save the Date, invitations, etc.
I will act as your main point of contact with vendors, ensuring they understand your needs and expectations as a couple.
We create a complete experience for the couple and their guests when coming to Ecuador:
We will coordinate the itineraries from the moment they arrive in the country until the wedding day.
We will coordinate the accommodation.
We will coordinate the transportation.
We will coordinate their tourist activities so they can enjoy the country.
All of this with special prices thanks to our partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, hostels, restaurants, transportation companies, bilingual guides, and various amenities.
I will:
Establish a detailed plan that includes all tasks and activities to guarantee deadlines are met.
Coordinate all setups and teardowns with strict supervision to ensure flawless execution up to the wedding day.
Accompany you to and attend all vendor meetings, site inspections, and menu tastings to make sure everything is in perfect order.
Organize the Welcome Cocktail Party.
Organize the Rehearsal Dinner.
1 Person in Charge of Logistics
Their goal is to ensure that all vendors are synchronized, schedules are met, and spaces are well organized.
Work together with vendors and the design team to plan space management and guest distribution of elements.
Be prepared to address and solve any logistical issue that may arise during the event.
Efficiently resolve any logistical problem so that the couple and guests enjoy a memorable day.
Coordinate and supervise the setup of the decoration.
Oversee the installation of special elements.
Coordinate with vendors.
Manage teardown and cleanup.
3. Wedding Day
On the wedding day, you will have a team of 5 highly trained people, each aligned to their specific area.
1 Bridal Assistant
The bride will have full support from her Bridal Assistant from start to finish. Their role is to:
Check the bride’s room before her arrival.
Coordinate food and hydration for the bride and her companions.
Assist the bride at the moment of getting dressed.
Manage the bridal emergency kit throughout the wedding.
Keep the bride’s schedule strictly on time.
Be her companion during the entire wedding day.
